Making this a belief system and setting this culture within our company gives you our customer the peace of mind of knowing that we will be here for you no matter how far down the road you may need us, just as much as we were here for you  on that very first day.

Our #1 goal is to keep
your home safe and dry

Northwest Weather:
Lets face it we get hit with some pretty wet, windy and inconsistent weather here in the Northwest and re-roofing your home is not only a big investment and a necessity; but it can also leave your home extremely vulnerable. That’s why at Four Seasons Roofing we work hard day in and day out to perfect and train on our system of working in the Northwest weather. We understand what your home means to you and that’s why our #1 goal is to keep your home safe and dry. To meet this goal we continually train all of our employees in the proper way to work and prepare for the worst of any weather conditions beginning with the training of all our field workers to the level of true craftsmen. We then design a roof system with the highest quality materials that will protect your home against the Northwest weather and ensure it with our lifetime guarantee.

We believe in building
strong relationships!
Community involvement:
Four Seasons Roofing is a locally owned and operated company that believes in not only building relationships with customers but also building safer and stronger neighborhoods. All employees are trained
and certified!

“I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how pleased I have been working with your co. As you know, I have only been in the Lynnwood area for about a year and a half, having spent over 10 years in the Tacoma area managing and marketing two mobile home parks. I had developed a pretty good list of contractors down there and was comfortable working with them. My main roofing company was one of the biggest in the Tacoma and So. Area of Puget Sound.
When I came to Lynnwood, I had to start all over again finding good contractors. This is not easy or pleasant to do. One of my first projects to do up here was to re-roof a two story house as well as a 4 bay shop flat roof torch-down. This project was over $16,000. I received 4 different bids and after doing my due-diligence, I settled for your co. and am glad I did. The shop building was a difficult job with some unique problems that Larry, your project manager, went above and beyond to solve.
I will continue to use your co. in the future and would be more than happy to give you a reference anytime.”Sincerely,
Doug Erb

Our Process

Four Seasons Roofing has worked hard to perfect a process of steps from beginning to end that not only completes your new project in a clean, timely and organized manner but also with a high emphasize on quality and safety. Below is a brief description of what to expect from our company during the process of your new roof.

1
Our process begins with our initial communications with you our customer so we can learn your needs and better get to know you and understand more of what you are looking for in your new roof system and in a roofing contractor. This allows us to better service you in an efficient and timely manner.
2
An experienced Four Seasons Roofing estimator will visit you at your home at a time that works for you to properly evaluate your existing roofs condition and go over some of the warranties and roof systems Four Seasons has to offer.
3
Four Seasons estimators are trained and experienced in the field of roofing inthe Northwest not in the field of sales. We take the time to properly evaluate not only your roof but all the individual components that are directly affiliated with your roof. Accurate measurements and inspections are crucial for designing the right roof system for you at a price that fits your needs and budget.
4
A Four Seasons Operations manager will contact you and communicate with you the next several steps in our process to brief you on what to expect and will find a date for your re-roof project that works for you.
5
An on-site pre-job meeting will be held where the crew will discuss your home, the surroundings and set goals of tasks and time on how to safely and accurately complete your job for the day.
6
At Four Seasons our number one goal is to keep your home protected, in a way that’s clean, safe and dry. That’s why the first thing we do is spread tarps out on grounds, over siding where throwing debris, under dump trailers, cover plants, place caution signs and take your roof one section at a time.
7
After all protection is in place and all safety gear is installed your roof removal process will begin. All decking will be prepped free from old fasteners and debris will be removed from roof, grounds and gutters and placed in a dump trailer.
8
Our crew members are trained in multiple phases of woodwork, truss repair, decking replacement, fascia repair and or replacement. A complete inspection of your decking is done after roof removal to ensure no dry rot is roofed over. In some cases when a cedar roof is removed a new solid plywood decking is installed over your existing skip decking.
9
Four Seasons covers your entire roof surface with a high quality saturated moisture barrier taking extra time to install an additional layer in valleys, ridge lines and around all roof protrusions.
10
A fully trained and certified installation crew will install your new roof system whether it be composition, inter-locking metal, standing seam metal, Cedar shake, Torch-down or PVC. We are experienced in all phases of roofing.
11
Four Seasons pays extreme attention to detail with all of the metal flashings and roof accessories that go into your new roof system. This includes chalking lines with all cuts, using the proper fasteners and using only the highest quality of flashing. After all there is a lot more that goes into your new roof than just the shingles.
12
A complete and final clean up is done after every roof project that includes blowing off or washing off your new roof, cleaning any debris that may have fallen into gutters, cleaning all debris from grounds, spraying down walkway, sand driveways and running a high power magnet around the property in the slight chance any nails fell from tarps.
13
Our production manager will contact you to set up a time to complete a final walk through with you and to go over maintenance tips for your new roof and the warranties and final billing and to ensure you are fully satisfied that we met our goal by exceeding your expectations.
14
Your referrals: we offer up to 3% back to you of your new roof cost for any referral you send our way that leads to a new customer. We build our company by taking care of our customers. We believe there is no better way to market our company then the good word of referrals. Thank You!
